  1. Does anyone besides myself have one of these winners?  I am on my 
  2. second one.  I "thought" the first one I got was bad, but I'm not so 
  3. sure now.  The replacement is doing the same thing.  It connects just 
  4. fine, not showing any errors or slowdowns but just when I think it's 
  5. safe to try and do anything it disconnects.  The one time I got a 
  6. technical support person to return an e-mail, they said it was a known 
  7. problem, and that I would have to return the modem to them for a ROM 
  8. upgrade.  She didn't tell me what the problem was or where to send the 
  9. modem.  Now not only can I not get anyone on the phone, they aren't 
  10. answering any e-mail questions either.
